Delete your Podoyo account

You can delete your Podoyo account and all data held about you from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you cannot sign in, email us and we will do it for you.

Steps

1. Open Podoyo and sign in.
2. Tap the account icon at the top of the home screen.
3. Scroll to the bottom, tap “Delete account” and confirm.

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you: contact@gcdsoftware.com

What is deleted

Everything: the account and sign-in details, your requests and preferences, schedules, generated programmes and audio, playback positions and push tokens.

We keep nothing after deletion, and there is no additional retention period. The one exception is a programme someone else added to their library from a link you shared — their copy is theirs and stays with them.
